Welcome to Cherished Moments Photography, where time stands still.  I specialize in capturing memories of the most important thing in your life, your family. My goal is to create lasting, timeless images for generations to come.  I work in both Hunterdon and Bucks Counties and can bring the studio to your home or do natural, environmental portraits at one of many beautiful scenic locations throughout the area.

I bought my first professional camera at age 15 and brought it everywhere, documenting my early years on film.  After winning the grand prize in a photography contest a few years later, my love for the art grew. 

On the path to pursuing my Masters Degree, I took a number of photography courses.  Under the tutelage of a fine arts professor, I learned photography as an art form.  My work included still life, landscapes, and people as well as experimenting with various films, shooting and processing techniques.  I also took courses taught by a photojournalist.  Adopting techniques used to capture the essence of the moment, I focused my energies on photographing people using unique perspectives.

My philosophy is to work with each of my clients on a personal basis.  As each person, be they big or small, has their own style so must I adapt to capture the core of their individual spirit. I talk with each of my clients before the shoot to understand their vision so we can create images uniquely their own. I photograph in a variety of atmospheres including traditional studio portraiture work using professional lighting equipment and diverse backdrops. I most enjoy creating portraits in natural, environmental settings where children and families tend to be the most comfortable and relaxed creating those special moments we want to remember, always.

For over 20 years, I have aspired to grow my love for the art into more than a hobby.  Hence, Cherished Moments Photography was born.  My goal is to capture your cherished moments in images that make time stand still for today and generations to come.
